Busy racing season...

Holidays are over and we've been so busy that even good success with our dogs has been remained without reporting. At Turku 21st July our bred Yellowstone and Rittenhouse took the double in the Tuuliviiri Sprint. This race is for the 6 best finnish bred sprinters. Also Cypress Night and Maker's Mark took the 2nd place in their races. Icesurrender had his first lisence race and he was good finishing 3rd in a tough race.

     Icetrick won 4th in a row despite his bad start. He got a minor injury on his right shoulder when he jumped outside and passed the others, so we are very happy when he was 2nd yesterday at Tampere track with good time 16.74/280m and without limping. The winner yesterday was Mr Moose with new track record 16.43.
     Nice surprise yesterday was Rittenhouse in the Breeders heat. He didn't let Volare to win easy. This couple ran the whole 480 m side by side and on the finishing line Volare was 5/100 faster. Ritsa made 3rd fastest of the day and his new personal record 28.71. So he's in the final next sunday. Maker's Mark was very slow out in his heat and he was 4th and didn't get the final. The winner was November Storm 28.76, beating big favourite Black Dog by half length.
     Cypress Night was very hot because she has been waiting her race number 12 so long. She also missed the break and she was last at the 2nd bend. Napoleon won with best of the day 28.62 and Sysi did a nice end finishing 2nd 28.91. Good time for a that kind of race.

     Ritsa's and Zingo's litterbrother Stone Mountain made a new personal record when winning easily his race with 29.14. Also Rebel Yell from the same litter won yesterday at Borås in Sweden and his time 32.86/550m was 2nd best of the day.
