New blood to Finland!

Early saturday morning arrived aussie lady "Lucy", Quite Capable to Finland. We were very excited because at friday they called from the aircompany that some papers were missing and the dog cannot continue from Singapore. After couple of hours they called again and said that everything should be ok.

Lucy arrived in time and walk out from the crate in a good condition. She was little bit confused about the snow and it was hard to find a place to piddle.

Now she's resting for awhile and after that it's time to get used to places and our other dogs.

Lucy is 2 year old well bred bitch from Australia. We thought a long time what kind of dog we should import. There's no point to bring cityclass dogs like our bitch "JoJo" Joyful Hawk, to Finland. So we started to find some young not "too promising" bitch. Also some new blood was in our mind. We trialed Lucy at Sandown Park when we were in Australia. She was good looking, honest and even faster than another bitch who won next week at Sandown. When her pedigree is also second to none it was time to start bargain. With a little help from our friends we got her in a decent price. Lucy's sire is famous  HotShot and her dam is multiple citywinner Chelsea Walk.

Lucy's future depends on her seasons. If she come on season before our racing season, we gonna mate her. Anyway she will start to work with our racing dogs after she has recovered from the long journey.
